Privacy Policy

ClipPin is made by YEBROK LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use the ClipPin iOS app and getclippin.com, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what the product needs to work, we don't run ads, and we don't sell your data.

What we collect

• Account details. Your email address, when you create an account (with email or Sign in with Apple — Apple's private relay addresses work). You can film, mark, score, and export clips in ClipPin without an account at all.
• Your content. Games, scores, and the moments you mark sync to your account so your family can follow and your devices stay in step. Exported clips sync to your cloud clip library if you have a pass. Full-game video stays on your device unless you turn on Wi-Fi video upload.
• Identifiers. A user ID for your account, and a device token if you allow notifications, so we can tell you when a game goes live.
• Website analytics. getclippin.com uses Vercel Web Analytics — cookieless, aggregate page counts. It does not identify you and does not follow you to other sites.
• The early-access list. If you give us your email on getclippin.com to hear about the launch, we store it with Kit, our email provider, and use it only to email you about ClipPin. Every message has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.

What we don't collect

No location, no contacts, no browsing history, no health or financial data. Purchases are handled by Apple; we never see your payment details. We show no ads, use no third-party ad trackers, and we do not sell or share your data for advertising. Followers are anonymous: a follow link creates an anonymous session — the family member viewing needs no account, and we collect no name or email from them.

Children

ClipPin accounts are for adults — the parents and family members on the sideline. The app is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Videos you film are your content, captured and controlled by you; sharing them is always your choice.

Where your data lives

We use Supabase (database, authentication, and storage) and Vercel (website hosting) to run the service, and Apple to deliver notifications and handle purchases. These providers process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it, and how to delete it

Your content stays until you delete it, or delete your account. You can delete your account from inside the app at any time — Settings → Delete Account. That removes your account, your games, marked moments, and clips, and it stops your follow links working. Videos already saved to Photos on your device are yours and are not touched.

You can also email hello@getclippin.com to delete your account or request a copy of your data, and we'll take care of it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — for example the EU/EEA, the UK, or California — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Email hello@getclippin.com and we will honor those requests.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll say so here and update the effective date above.
