Effective July 29, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and YEBROK LLC covering the ClipPin iOS app and getclippin.com (together, “ClipPin”). By using ClipPin you agree to them.
ClipPin lets you film games, mark moments while you film, keep score, turn those marks into clips, and share a live follow page with family. Some features need an account; saving clips needs a pass. Filming, marking, scoring and family follow are free. Your first game starts a free 7-day trial of everything; after it ends, saving clips requires a pass.
Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself — you're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create one.
A follow link makes that team's scores, activity, and clips visible to anyone who has the link, without an account. Share links only with people you want watching, and revoke a link any time from the app.
Don't misuse ClipPin: no breaking the law, infringing anyone's rights, reverse-engineering, scraping, reselling, or interfering with the service or other people using it.
ClipPin — the app, the site, the wordmark, and the design — belongs to YEBROK LLC. These terms don't grant you rights to it beyond using the service.
ClipPin is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent the law allows. To the same extent, YEBROK LLC's total liability for any claim relating to ClipPin is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
You can stop using ClipPin and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
If these terms change materially, we'll post the update here with a new effective date. Continuing to use ClipPin after that means you accept the change.
