Apple handles ClipPin's billing, so plan changes happen in your iPhone's Settings rather than inside ClipPin.
The season pass has nothing to cancel
The $19.99 Season pass is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It runs for 4 months and then simply ends — it never renews, so there is nothing to cancel and no way to be charged again by accident. If you want another season, buy another pass.
Everything below is about the monthly and annual passes, which are real subscriptions.
Cancel a subscription pass
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions, then ClipPin.
- Choose a different pass, or tap Cancel Subscription.
What happens when you cancel
- On a subscription pass: everything keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for. Then you're back on the free plan: filming, marking, scoring and family follow, with saving clips locked.
Your free week is separate from all of this — it's ClipPin's own trial, not an App Store subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and you are never charged when it ends.
- Your clips are safe either way. Anything you've already saved to Photos is yours to keep. Your games, marks, and scores stay put too. Cancelling never deletes anything.
Getting your pass back on a new phone
Don't buy it twice. Open the passes screen and tap Restore in the top corner. Your subscription follows your Apple Account, so it comes back on any device signed in to the same one.
Family Sharing
If your Apple Family Sharing group shares purchases, one subscription pass covers everyone in it. Family members open ClipPin and tap Restore.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the ClipPin purchase. If something went wrong on our end, tell us — we'll help you sort it out.
